Anonymous MAK Reporting Channel
Welcome to the MAK whistleblowing reporting channel! The whistleblowing reporting channel is operated by Sage DPW1 - secure, anonymous and of course completely independent. You can report a whistleblowing case around the clock and completely anonymously. We guarantee confiden-tial and independent processing of your report.
Our partner Deloitte Legal2 will check your report for relevance and initiate all necessary measures. MAK will only be informed in the event of a reportable violation and, of course, your anonymity will be preserved.
Your report may be an important insight for MAK. You as a whistleblower3 can make a sig-nificant contribution to uncovering grievances and limiting or even preventing damage.

Which Reports are of Importance?
In principle, you are free to report any facts that you believe to be illegal. However, the primary focus is on reports of potential violations4 in the following areas:

How does a report work?
Click on "Report incident securely and anonymously" down below - this will take you to the web form. Please fill in all relevant information. You can also send attachments of max. 10 MB. Attention please, digital documents often contain information about authors. To preserve your anonymity, re-move them before sending.
Once you have provided all information relevant to the handling of the case, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email (including a unique reference number for your report) within seven days.
Deloitte Legal will review your report and, as a general rule, inform you within three months about the further course of action or the follow-up measures taken. In particularly complex individual cases, this period may be extended by up to six months in order to ensure a comprehensive and conscien-tious investigation.
How to respond to consequences, if necessary
Consequences for whistleblowers are prohibited by law. If you believe you may still be subject to consequences or retaliation, please report it through this channel. The appropriate category is "Privacy and Personal Data Protection and Network and Information Systems Security." This way, appropriate countermeasures can be taken.
You are free to report violations to the competent authority in parallel to this channel or instead of this channel.
Please note that this platform is not intended to handle general inquiries or complaints, but only to report specific violations. We would like to point out that the dissemination spread of knowingly false or misleading information may be punishable by law. However, no adverse consequences are to be feared for reports that you make to the best of your knowledge and belief.
