Anonymous ALCAR Reporting Channel

Welcome to the whistleblowing channel of ALCAR! The whistleblowing reporting channel is operated by Sage DPW1 - secure, anonymous and of course completely independent. You can report a whistleblowing case around the clock and completely anonymously. We guarantee the confidential and independent processing of your report.

Our partner Jank Weiler Operenyi Rechtsanwälte GmbH | Deloitte Legal Austria („JWO | Deloitte Legal“)2 will check your report for relevance according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetz, "HSchG") and forward your report to ALCAR if applicable. In any case, ALCAR will only be informed while preserving your anonymity.

Your report may provide important information for ALCAR. You as a whistleblower3 can make a significant contribution to uncovering grievances and limiting or even preventing damage.

Which messages are of relevance?

Please only report possible violations4 in the following areas:

Please adhere to these legally prescribed subject categories. If your report cannot be assigned to any of the above-mentioned subject categories, please contact an internal office of ALCAR. Please note that reports on topics other than those mentioned are not subject to the protection of the HSchG.

How does a notification work?

1. Report via web form

Click on "Report an incident safely and anonymously" below - this will take you to the web form. Please fill in all relevant information. You can also send attachments of max. 10 MB. Please note: digital documents often contain information about authors. To preserve your anonymity, remove these before sending.

2. Confirmation of receipt

Please note that if you do not provide contact details, which will not be passed on to ALCAR without your separate consent, it will not be possible to contact you. If you have provided your contact details, you will also receive an additional confirmation of receipt by e-mail within seven days (including a summary of your report and the individual case number).

3. Legal analysis and feedback

JWO | Deloitte Legal will review your report and, usually will inform you about the further course of action or the measures taken within three months, provided that ALCAR provides this information to JWO | Deloitte Legal (in a timely manner) and you have provided contact details. In particularly complex individual cases, this period may be extended to up to six months to ensure a comprehensive and diligent investigation.
